By accessing and using Fejja ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Fejja is a mobile application that provides AI-powered image filtering and processing services. The App allows users to apply various filters and effects to their images using artificial intelligence technology.
To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
The App operates on a credit-based system. Credits are required to use certain filters and features. Credits can be purchased through in-app purchases or subscription plans. All one-time credit purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Fejja offers auto-renewable monthly subscription plans that provide credits on a recurring basis.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time through your App Store or Google Play Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
When you cancel a subscription, you will continue to have access to subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the term, except where required by applicable law. Unused credits from subscriptions do not roll over to the next billing period.
If a free trial is offered, you may cancel at any time during the trial period without being charged. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, you will automatically be charged the subscription fee.
You retain ownership of the images you upload to the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your images for the purpose of providing the filtering services. We do not claim ownership of your original content.
You may not use the App for any unlawful purposes or to upload content that is:
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Fejja and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the App, to understand our practices.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all other warranties including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
In no event shall Fejja be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
